Welcome to my counselling practice!
As a fully qualified Counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, as well as an accredited member of the National Counselling Society, I provide professional counselling services to individuals and groups. Whether you're seeking short-term or long-term support, I am here to help.
In addition to working directly with clients, I also offer supervision services for counsellors and other professionals, providing valuable support and guidance in their practice.
At the heart of my approach is the belief in the power of relationships. I employ a Relational Approach, recognising that the relationships we form, particularly in our early childhood, play a crucial role in our personal development. By focusing on these relationships, we can better understand ourselves and work towards growth and healing.
Counselling offers a safe and confidential space where you can freely explore and share your concerns, difficulties, and fears. It is an opportunity to unravel, discover, and address the underlying issues and concerns that may be holding you back.
I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive environment for my clients. Together, we can embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation.
Please feel free to explore my website to learn more about my services and approach. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a session, don't hesitate to get in touch. I'm here to help you on your path to well-being.
There are times when we all need help with life's challenges. I can offer you a space to reflect and think in the hope that this will lead to better understanding, self-awareness and change.
A lot of people I see have a feeling of getting stuck or going round in circles. Often immersed in difficult feelings including anxiety, stress, anger or depression.
Counselling has given me the ability to self-reflect and understand/explore where feelings and actions may be arising from. This has helped me better cope with stresses in life.
I still struggle some days, but I am better equipped to deal with those days and cope with life in general. I am better at accepting myself and my own limitations.
Having a safe space to be able to discuss anything without fear of judgement, and things going at a pace that was right for me. Being asked questions so that I would consider something I hadn't thought of, or look at something a different way; I felt guided, but I was still leading.
